We do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom-made items, including pieces made to specific measurements, finishes, stamping, or special requests.
If there is an issue due to a mistake in craftsmanship or materials on our end, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will work with you to make it right.
For non-custom, ready-made items, returns may be accepted on a case-by-case basis if the item is unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
