All our art and photos are copyrighted—don't steal them. We're not responsible if your package gets lost after we ship it. Sometimes crazy stuff happens (natural disasters, supply issues) that's totally out of our control. If there's a problem, email us and we'll work it out. These terms follow Michigan law.

Custom Orders
All custom orders are made specifically for you and are final sale. No returns or refunds are offered on custom work.
Custom Order Minimum
There is a $50 minimum on all custom work. This minimum helps cover materials, time, and setup required for one-off pieces.
Payments
Payment is required before work begins on all custom orders unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Handmade Nature
Each item is handcrafted. Small variations in color, texture, or stitching are normal and part of what makes each piece unique.
Care & Use
Leather is a natural material and will age over time. Normal wear, patina, and changes in appearance are expected and not considered defects.
Communication
Please review all custom details carefully before approving an order. Changes requested after work has begun may not be possible or may result in additional charges.
